.22 LR For Self Defense? Federal Punch VS CCI Stinger

Testing out the new Federal Punch defensive ammo for .22 LR in a rifle and a handgun, and comparing it to the old standard of .22 LR self defense ammo the CCI stinger. I am running all through the chronograph, testing in 10% Clear Ballistics with 1/4″ Medium Density Fiberboard 2″ into the block and doing a 25 yard accuracy test.
