New Ideas for Emergency/Crisis Prepper Pantry Food Storage. Easy prepping meal of chicken stew, SHTF
I was looking to add some variety to my dried food stores and I experimented with Knorr chicken soup (though used as a stock) and onion powder – both suitable for long-term storage in Mylar bags. I opted for chicken stew as I did have a couple of ingredients that needed using and I’ve included a basic nutritional breakdown and I was very pleased with the results – both from a (crisis-driven) nutritional value, and how enjoyable the meal was.
